Starters Package

The Starters Package is for those who want a ‘taste’ of coaching and what it has to offer.

Individual coaching sessions are offered via phone coaching or in person.

· Individual coaching session (60minutes R650)

· Individual coaching session (90 minutes R1000)

The Main Course Package

· The Main Course is a month long coaching package, including email and phone support as negotiated with your coach. Coaching is offered via phone coaching or in person, providing maximum flexibility for you. All sessions must be completed within 30 days.

· 1 month of individual coaching sessions (4 sessions of 60 minute duration R2950)

· 1 month of individual coaching sessions (4 sessions of 90 minute duration R4500)

The Gold Package

· The Gold Package is a 60 day coaching delight, including email and phone support as negotiated with your coach. It offers you maximum support to have your vision and goals become a reality.

· 2 months of individual coaching sessions (8 sessions of 60 minute duration R5490)

· 2 months of individual coaching sessions (8 sessions of 90 minute duration R8640)

Most of our coaching is done by phone, which adds value by being cost-effective on time and outlay and allows greater flexibility for those being coached.
