The NEED MORE Mindset training program

The purpose of this training program is to facilitate insight, raise awareness, enhance skills, and ultimately certify people and professionals in a system of preventing and managing a successful healthy mindset.

The goal of the Mindset training curriculum is to set in motion a process of increased awareness, skill development, and appropriate parameters for individuals and organizations to eliminate the need for thoughts that does not support a successful mindset pattern.

Principles are essential in shaping a culture where everyone is actively involved in preventing there mindsets to be negatively controlling there thoughts to success. Guiding principles also serve as appropriate parameters for every human being no matter there color, race, background or age before, during and after an unwanting thought. A principle is defined as a rule or code of conduct, a code of conduct for your thoughts. The principles introduced in this training program will be the cornerstones for establishing and maintaining a safe environment, both physically and emotionally, for everyone involved. Believe me I changed my thoughts and had major success changes with in days.

The Mindset Training Curriculum is structured around four guiding principles:

K nowledge

A person in crisis can and will choose alternatives ways of thought if given the correct knowledge.
Fear and a sense of powerlessness often fuel wrong actions.
Knowledge combined with trust and opportunities for choice can counteract fear and the sense of powerlessness.

C ontrol your Struggles

Human emotions can "tip the scale" in a crisis situation.
Present yourself as an ally and assess your body language.
Get in your awareness “CAR” (calm, aware, rethink) before, during, and after any unwanted situations.

S eek Pro-Action vs. Re-Action

Timing is essential in effectively managing a mindset situation.
Use good judgment in not under-reacting or over-reacting, this really is the difference between success and failure.
Every person should develop specific pro-action strategies relative to creating the correct blue print for change and success.

S et-up Yourself For Success

To achieve an "Amazing success", you must establish and implement "customized strategies" for creating unparallel mind success.
Consistency and practice are essential ingredients of a perfect mindset.
